US presidents and the DC “pundits” always cite Mubarak’s torturers as “valuable assets,” “allies,” “with great experience in fighting terror,” etc… These are cliches repeated by Mubarak’s supporters in DC. Lots is written about how our Mukhabarrat, who might be brutes, but have some “unique experience” in interrogations, and understanding of the different Islamist groups. The CIA and MI5 send their pimps to Egypt for training and learning from that “unique experience.”

Any five year old in Egypt probably knows those descriptions above are laughable. Part of it is Mubarak’s ability to market himself in the West, and the second has to do with the stupidity of the Western security services. I’m sure the Mukhabarrat officials could impress easily their CIA counterparts by just being able to pronounce the Arabic names of suspects and organizations correctly… I mean, after all it’s Hareedi Mohamadein sitting talking to Joe Suckondicks Blow. The two in general would have the same low IQ, but the former would be able to say “Iraq” not “I-Rak,” “Al-Qa3da” not “Al-Kaaaaayda”.. These things do make a difference for the simple mind of Mr. Blow…

Joe Blow: WoooooW! Colonel Hareedi, you know a lot!
Hareedi: Of course ya Khawaga! Mubarak and his men are at your service all za time.

And here comes the show-me-da-money part…

But the truth is Colonel Hareedi’s knowledge of Islamism doesn’t exceed that of the shittiest Rosal Youssef journalist, but hey as long as Colonel Hareedi can speak Arabic, somehow this has an allure and charm for their CIA masters…

So the CIA masters go ahead, fund Hareedi and his gang, give them detainees to torture and interrogate.. and Hareedi is quick to show results… results full of stupidity, incompetency like this…

Powell later called the speech a “blot” on his record, saying he was not given all available intelligence and analysis within the government. The Defense Intelligence Agency and some analysts at the CIA had questioned the veracity of Libi’s testimony, which was obtained after the prisoner was transferred to Egyptian custody for questioning by the CIA, according to Senate investigators.
In their book “Hubris: The Inside Story of Spin, Scandal, and the Selling of the Iraq War,” Michael Isikoff and David Corn said Libi made up the story about Iraqi training after he was beaten and subjected to a “mock burial” by his Egyptian interrogators, who put him in a cramped box for 17 hours. Libi recanted the story after being returned to CIA custody in 2004.

America, Keep funding Hosni and his gang.. Indeed they are valuable assets…
