Dozens of Libyans and few Egyptians gathered, Thursday night, in front of the Libyan embassy in Zamalek to celebrate news of Gaddafi’s death. I also saw in Tahrir earlier and elsewhere cars waving the Libyan Independence flag. During the march on Maspero, Egyptian protesters were chanting in front of the State TV building promising Field Marshal Tantawi a fate similar to Gaddafi’s.
